I do not recommend this seller or their product. I purchased a 3000W/5300W charging station, and while it has some positives—various ports, durable metal casing, quiet operation (fan rarely activates), and a relatively fast UPS switch—the negatives outweigh them.
-Actual capacity is 4500W, not the claimed 5300W (tested with a 2000W load).
-In UPS mode 24/7, when plugged into an outlet, the station supports only a 1200W load. The total 3000W capacity is shared between charging and output. If the charging power exceeds 1600W, the station goes into protection mode, making it unsuitable for my needs.
- The indicator is inaccurate. It quickly depletes from 100% to 5%, then discharges the remaining power between 5% and 3%, after which the AC ports shut off.
- The seller ignored my messages, redirected me to a bot, and refused to review the video evidence I provided.
Overall, the product does not meet the advertised specifications, and the support is unhelpful.
